Ik wil even zeggen dat de kwaliteit van deze gi uitzonderlijk is. Ik was erg tevreden met het ontwerp. Zodra ik het pakketje binnen had, nam ik hem mee om jiu-jitsu te trainen. Hij zat ongelooflijk goed, was comfortabel, duurzaam en licht.
Het was een waar genoegen om met Faisal samen te werken, hij is een echte professional. De communicatie verliep uitstekend. Hij maakte niet alleen het pak dat ik wilde, precies volgens de specificaties, maar het werd ook nog eens razendsnel geleverd via FedEx. De kwaliteit is fantastisch en ik kijk ernaar uit om erin te trainen. Ik zou er niet nog een willen doen, ik overweeg zelfs om er een op maat te maken voor onze school.

Not only did the Gi come out 100% on point- but the customer service and communication provided was top notch!! Faisal(my amazing customer service rep) was in communication with me through the whole process to answer any questions or concerns I had with a quickness! I want to add that I sent in an incredibly difficult logo with SEVERAL colors which I knew there was a risk that it wouldn’t be able to be done correctly due to the multiple colors- Y’ALL KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!! Thank you guys so much for your hard work, dedication and continuous complete communication towards this!!
