How to Submit an Inquiry

Visit our Custom Bulk Orders section on ShapesFightwear.com and select the products you are interested in. Complete the inquiry form by providing your preferred design, quantity, and any customization requirements.
Submitting an inquiry does not place an order. It simply allows us to understand your requirements so we can prepare the most accurate quotation. Our team will contact you if additional information is needed.

Custom Product Development

Shapes Fightwear can manufacture products using your existing artwork, designs, or mock-ups. If required, our professional design team can also create custom designs for you at affordable rates.
Once we receive your artwork, logos, measurements, or product specifications, our experienced research and development team transforms your ideas into high-quality finished products.
All customer artwork, designs, and product specifications are treated as strictly confidential.

Custom Branding

We offer complete private-label manufacturing services, including:

Product pricing may vary depending on the quantity, materials, customization, colors, branding, and packaging requirements.

Product Samples

Samples are available upon request for quality evaluation before placing a bulk order.
Since all products are manufactured to order, sample charges and shipping costs apply.
Sample production normally requires 2–3 weeks, although certain products may be available for immediate dispatch.
After shipment, we provide:

• Courier tracking number
• Photos of the completed samples before dispatch

Customers may also use their own courier account for shipping samples.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product and are listed on the respective Custom Bulk Order pages.

Production Time & Delivery

Production time depends on the order quantity and level of customization. In most cases, production requires approximately 3–4 weeks.
Your estimated production schedule will be confirmed when we provide your quotation.

Advance payment is required before production begins.
We accept secure payments via:

These payment methods are available for bulk orders, single custom orders, and sample orders.

Currency

Quotations are normally issued in US Dollars (USD).
Upon request, invoices can also be prepared in Euros (EUR) or other major international currencies.
