By accessing or purchasing products from Shapes Fightwear (shapesfightwear.com), you agree to these Terms of Shopping, Custom Orders, Returns, and Refunds. These terms are intended to ensure a transparent, secure, and efficient shopping experience while protecting both our customers and our business.

Website content is provided solely for personal browsing, product evaluation, and placing orders with Shapes Fightwear.
No material from this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, distributed, transmitted, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Shapes Fightwear ships worldwide.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all customs duties, VAT, GST, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in our product prices or standard shipping costs.
Because customs regulations differ between countries, Shapes Fightwear cannot estimate or control these charges. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs authority before placing an order.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in:

• Customs delays
• Returned shipments
• Storage charges
• Return shipping costs

If an order is returned because customs duties or taxes were not paid, the customer may be responsible for all related shipping charges, customs fees, and any applicable restocking fees.
For customers selecting our VAT/Duty Paid Shipping Service (available in selected countries), import duties and taxes are prepaid before shipment to help prevent customs delays and unexpected charges.

Production & Delivery

Custom-Made Products

Every custom product is manufactured according to the customer’s approved:

• Design
• Artwork
• Colors
• Logos
• Sizing
• Custom specifications

Our standard production time is approximately 12–15 working days after payment confirmation and final design approval.
Production time may vary depending on:

• Order quantity
• Product type
• Material availability
• Custom embroidery
• Special manufacturing requirements
• Public holidays
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Complex embroidery or special customization may require an additional 3–5 working days.
Once your order is completed, we will provide shipment confirmation and tracking details.

Ready-to-Wear Products

Ready-to-wear products are normally shipped within 2–3 business days, subject to stock availability.
Delivery time depends on:

• Shipping method
• Destination country
• Customs clearance
• Courier service
• Local delivery conditions

Cancellation Policy

All custom products are manufactured specifically according to the customer’s approved design and specifications.
Production begins shortly after payment confirmation and order approval. For this reason, custom orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded once production has started.
If you need to change your artwork, colors, logos, sizes, measurements, or other customization details, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing:

Although we will make every effort to accommodate your request, changes cannot be guaranteed once production has commenced.
Ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

Custom Product Return Policy

Because every custom product is manufactured exclusively to your approved design, measurements, artwork, colors, logos, and specifications, custom-made products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded due to:

• Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Minor color differences caused by monitor or screen settings
• Slight fabric or color variations between production batches
• Normal characteristics of textile materials

Returns or replacements are accepted only when Shapes Fightwear confirms a manufacturing defect or production error.
Examples include:

• Incorrect product manufactured
• Wrong size produced compared to the approved order
• Manufacturing or construction defects
• Incorrect embroidery or printing
• Missing approved customization

We strongly recommend reviewing all measurements, artwork, colors, logos, names, spellings, and order details carefully before approving production.

Reporting a Production Error

If you believe your custom product contains a manufacturing defect or production error, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us evaluate your claim, please provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product
• Photos showing the reported issue
• Measurement photos (if applicable)
• A brief description of the problem

For sizing concerns, customers may be asked to provide photographs showing the measurements with a measuring tape.
Our Quality Control team will carefully review your claim.
If a manufacturing defect or production error is confirmed, Shapes Fightwear will repair, replace, or remake the product at no additional manufacturing cost.

Alterations

In some cases, Shapes Fightwear may approve alterations instead of manufacturing a replacement product.
If an alteration is approved:

• Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our facility.
• We recommend using your local postal service or another economical tracked shipping method.
• Please declare the shipment as “Goods Returned for Alteration” with a nominal customs value to help avoid unnecessary import duties.

Unless otherwise agreed, customers remain responsible for any shipping costs, customs duties, or local taxes.

Customer Measurements & Responsibility

The quality and fit of every custom product depend on the accuracy of the information provided by the customer.
Before submitting your order, please carefully verify:

• Body measurements
• Selected size
• Artwork placement
• Logos
• Colors
• Text and spellings
• Names and numbers
• All customization details

Incorrect measurements or specifications supplied by the customer do not qualify as manufacturing defects.
For Custom BJJ Gis, we strongly recommend reviewing our Custom Gi Size Guide, BJJ Gi Size Chart, and Fit Guide before placing your order.
If our production team believes submitted measurements appear unusual or inconsistent, we may contact you for confirmation. If we do not receive a response within 48 hours, production may proceed using the measurements originally provided to avoid unnecessary delays.

Order Changes

Requests to update measurements, artwork, logos, colors, names, numbers, or other customization details must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible.

Fabric & Color Variations

Products reordered at a later date may show slight variations in fabric texture or color shade.
These minor differences are normal because fabrics and dyes are produced in separate manufacturing batches.
Shapes Fightwear makes every effort to maintain consistent product quality and color across all production runs.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.

Gift Cards & Promotional Vouchers

Gift Cards, Promotional Vouchers, Discount Coupons, and Store Credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by applicable law.

Standard BJJ Gi Sizes

BJJ Gi sizing varies between manufacturers and brands.
Shapes Fightwear provides detailed BJJ Gi Size Charts in both inches and centimeters, along with a comprehensive Gi Fit Guide, to help customers choose the correct size.
We strongly encourage customers to review the appropriate size chart before placing an order.
If you need assistance selecting the correct size, our customer support team will be happy to help before production begins.

Ready-to-Wear Return Policy

Shapes Fightwear wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns of eligible ready-to-wear products within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

The returned item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Include all original tags, labels, and accessories.
• Be free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless a manufacturing defect or production error is confirmed by Shapes Fightwear:

• Custom-made or personalized products
• Compression shorts
• Groin protectors
• Mouthguards
• Sports bras
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift Cards
• Promotional Vouchers
• Store Credits

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item
• An incorrect size due to our production error

please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Our Quality Control team will review your claim promptly.
If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will repair, replace, or remake the product at no additional manufacturing cost.

Exchanges

Eligible ready-to-wear products may be exchanged within 15 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is required because of:

• An incorrect product supplied by Shapes Fightwear
• A manufacturing defect
• A shipping error made by our company

Custom-made products cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturing defect or production error has been confirmed.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns of ready-to-wear products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the condition of the returned merchandise after inspection.
No restocking fee will be charged if the return results from an error made by Shapes Fightwear.

Refund Policy

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Please note that banks, credit card companies, and payment providers may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Refund Deductions

Where applicable, approved refunds may be reduced by:

• Original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)
• Payment processing fees charged by financial institutions or payment providers
• Approved restocking fees
• Any additional charges agreed upon before processing the refund

For custom orders, design work, artwork preparation, mock-up development, sampling charges, and production costs are non-refundable once work has begun.
