Tratar con Faisal fue un placer absoluto, ya que es un verdadero profesional. La comunicación fue excelente durante todo el proceso. No solo creó el gi que quería con las especificaciones exactas, sino que además llegó rapidísimo por FedEx. La calidad es excelente y tengo muchas ganas de entrenar con él. Not only did the Gi come out 100% on point- but the customer service and communication provided was top notch!! Faisal(my amazing customer service rep) was in communication with me through the whole process to answer any questions or concerns I had with a quickness! I want to add that I sent in an incredibly difficult logo with SEVERAL colors which I knew there was a risk that it wouldn’t be able to be done correctly due to the multiple colors- Y’ALL KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK!! Thank you guys so much for your hard work, dedication and continuous complete communication towards this!!
