Create your own Custom BJJ Gi that fits perfectly and reflects your unique style. The process is easy and divided into simple steps — from choosing fabric and color to adding your personal touches.
We also offer Jiu Jitsu Gis for special or larger body types using either your body measurements or an existing Gi as a size reference.

    Size Chart
    CUSTOM SIZE ADJUSTMENTS

    Please select the inches, if you want to adjust (+/-) in "Sleeve cuff to Sleeve Cuff", "Jacket Height" or "Pant Height" other than Standard size displayed on the Size Chart page.
    (More than a limit of Jacket Height increases the weight of the parcel and ultimately increases the Shipping cost.)

    EXISTING GI DIMENSIONS

    Layout your existing Gi that you like the fit of you, on a flat surface and with a tailor’s measuring tape record and fill the dimension values.

    JACKET SIZING

    Sleeve length as measured from left to right.

    As measured from the BOTTOM or base of the collar, down to the skirt end.

    As measured from left to right from under the armpit to the other side.

    How wide the sleeve will be at the shoulder as measured from top to bottom.

    As measure at the cuff from the top to bottom. Usually, it is tapered down a bit when compared to the shoulder width.

    This is the slit at the base of the jacket on either side. Measure from top to bottom.

    PANTS SIZING

    As measured from the waist of the pants down to the bottom cuff of the pants.

    As measured from left to right at the cuff location.

    As measured from left to right at the top of the pants.

    As measured from left to right at the thigh.

    As measured from the top of the pants down to how deep you want the crotch depth to be.

    BODY MEASUREMENT DIEMENSIONS

    Now you can just order a BJJ Gi With Fully Custom Dimensional Options
    This will allow you to build and design a Gi that is more tailored to your body than what other companies offer today. It will require you to have some measuring tape on hand so that exact measurements can be taken.
    We will make allowances for your provided measurements using sophisticated sizing technology to ensure build a perfect Custom Gi fit.

    FOR JACKET SIZING

    Have your arms extended out like an airplane. Measure from 2nd Knuckle Across the Back To The Other Second Knuckle.

    Measured from the BOTTOM or base of the collar, down to the skirt end.

    Measure the circumference of your chest, puffed out as much as possible.

    Measure the circumference of the waistline (tummy), above the belly button.

    Measure the circumference of your bicep while it is flexed.

    FOR PANT SIZING

    Measure from where you wear your pants down to the base of your ankle bone.

    Measure the circumference of the waist where you tie up the pant.

    Measure the circumference of the thickest part of your thigh.

    Loosely measure from where you wear your pants in the front, under your crotch to the same position on the other side.

How to Order Your Custom Jiu Jitsu Gi

Most parts of filling and submitting a custom jiu-jitsu Gi request form is easy to process but there are some detailed facts that customers must keep in mind before placing the custom Gi order. Our “Custom BJJ Gi Guide” will assist you in placing the order.

  1. Select your preferred specifications and fill out the Custom BJJ Gi form.
  2. Once we receive your order, you’ll receive a mockup design for confirmation.
  3. Estimated production time: 2–3 weeks (add 4–6 days for embroidery).
  4. Extra Custom Embroideries on Gi may take up to 4 to 6 additional days to manufacture
  5. We ship via DHL/FedEx/UPS — a tracking number will be provided once dispatched.
